How to use:
Sit in a quiet space with your favorite crystals. Hold mallet flat along the top of the bowl, and move your hand around the bowl to allow it to sing or tap it. You may feel called to chant mantras, state positive affirmations or release any feelings that may arise. Repeat until you feel balanced. Recommended daily use for 15 minutes.
